Management Trainee, Human Resources APAC

About the role

Sika, a specialty chemicals company with subsidiaries in 103 countries and more than 33,000 employees, is recruiting a Management Trainee for its Human Resources function in the APAC region. The programme is an 18-month, structured path that develops high-potential talent into future professionals and leaders, combining on-the-job training, formal learning, mentoring, coaching and project-based assignments.

You will be assigned to a sponsoring department and follow a learning journey tailored to your function, while taking part in company-wide learning initiatives, cross-functional exposure and programme milestones. You will receive guidance and coaching from experienced mentors and leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of relevant working experience
• Strong academic achievements and active involvement in extracurricular activities are an added advantage
• Ability to travel and undertake cross-functional assignments during and after the programme

Required skills

• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data analytics tools, programming languages or other digital platforms is an added advantage
