Management Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Management Trainee to rotate through critical areas of restaurant operations, gaining hands‑on experience in guest service, team leadership, operations, finance and marketing. This entry‑level position offers exposure to all facets of a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an “above and beyond” guest experience, handle complaints professionally, and monitor service flow during peak hours.
• Assist in recruitment, training, onboarding, coach crew members, and help manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and manage food and beverage inventory, including weekly counts and vendor orders.
• Analyze weekly sales reports and cost of goods sold, participate in P&L reviews, and identify cost‑control opportunities.
• Support local store marketing initiatives such as catering, community events, and social media promotion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field (or 1‑2 years relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment).
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.
