Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence, Asia Pacific

About the role

The Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence, Asia Pacific will lead the deployment of a harmonised 3PL partner management framework across the region, ensuring best‑in‑class standards, governance and performance for Johnson & Johnson MedTech logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global teams to shape fit‑for‑purpose segmentation and engagement plans for APAC 3PL partners.
• Deploy and govern operational playbooks, standards and KPIs across the APAC distribution network.
• Define contracting standards, policies and guardrails in collaboration with Transformation, Warehousing & Transportation and Procurement.
• Build financial architecture and analytics to track operational and financial performance against contractual commitments.
• Lead day‑to‑day partner engagement, escalation processes, contract audits and reporting cadences.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or vendor coordination.
• Experience managing warehouse, transportation or 3PL‑managed logistics environments.
• Proven ability to deploy programs, governance and cross‑functional processes at regional scale.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
