Manager, Administration

About the role

The Manager, Administration supports the Head of Corporate Services in strengthening operational governance, management reporting and administrative coordination across the School. Acting as central liaison between senior leadership teams, administrative units and central university departments, the role oversees internal operations and coordinates functional teams such as finance, HR, IT, planning, compliance and resource management. It works closely with the Head of Corporate Services and the Chief of Staff.

Key responsibilities

• Improve visibility of operational and financial information through structured dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Support cross-functional coordination among administrative units.
• Contribute to process improvements and risk monitoring.
• Consolidate information on key school initiatives, including events and collaborations across units.
• Provide structured insights to leadership discussions and improve the clarity and consistency of operational information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Public Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 6-10 years of relevant experience in operations management, administration, consulting or programme management.
• Experience preparing management reports or dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to coordinate initiatives across departments in a complex organisation.
