Manager / Associate Director – Community Networks & Partnerships (6‑9 mo)

About the role

Temasek Foundation is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of community programmes. The role will partner across sectors to drive sustainable impact and manage a fund for community‑led initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise and curate programmes that address emerging community needs and align with organisational goals.
• Manage a fund for ground‑up, community‑led initiatives, ensuring sound allocation, governance and impact tracking.
• Develop and steward a portfolio of partnerships, building trust and alignment for co‑funding and delivery of outcomes.
• Lead and deliver a fellowship programme, working closely with fellows, mentors and peer communities.
• Provide oversight of other programmes, engage partners to address issues and strengthen delivery.

Required profile

• Degree with 3‑10 years of relevant experience in programme management, partnerships, community development or social impact.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate insights into decisions.
• Excellent communicator able to distil complex information into clear narratives.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and building cross‑sector relationships.
• Existing network of corporate partners and grantmakers is an advantage.
