Social Marketing Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

Salt Talent Search is seeking a Social Marketing Manager to lead paid, owned, and earned social and influencer campaigns on a 6‑month extendable contract. You will work closely with local social marketing teams, product marketing, and global brand groups to drive awareness and growth for Shorts Marketing, Artist Marketing, and cultural moments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead social campaigns for Shorts Marketing, Artist Marketing and Cultural Moments in partnership with local teams.
• Develop editorial content plans and optimise performance for Shorts and Artist initiatives.
• Design and execute influencer marketing programmes across regional markets.
• Align regional activities with product, go‑to‑market and global brand strategies.
• Create comprehensive promotion plans with growth, content and design teams, leveraging digital tools.
• Manage media agencies, prioritising workflow and delivery.
• Analyse, track and report ROI using CRM or project‑management systems.
• Maintain external relationships with venues, suppliers, livestream platforms and negotiate contracts.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in social marketing management, including channel, content and strategy.
• Proven expertise in agency and influencer management as well as content production.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end campaigns delivering measurable results.
