Manager – Course Approval (Quality Management Division)

About the role

The Manager, Course Approval within the Quality Management Division ensures that courses accredited in the Training Grant System meet high quality and compliance standards. This role supports Singapore’s Continuing Education and Training ecosystem by overseeing accreditation, quality checks, system enhancements, and operational support for surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out course accreditation and approval in the Training Grant System.
• Conduct quality checks of course materials against adult learning principles and SSG funding requirements.
• Handle escalated enquiries and appeals, investigating non‑compliance with SSG terms.
• Support system testing and implement enhancements to improve TGS functionality.
• Assign new cases to officers, manage workflow, and provide operational support for the TRAQOM survey.
• Contribute to divisional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Continuing Education and Training.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with adult education in Singapore is preferred.
• Preferred qualifications: WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
• Strong analytical abilities to investigate complaints and feedback.

• Basic to intermediate data handling proficiency.

What we offer

• 2‑year contract with the possibility of extension or permanent tenure.
• Monthly salary range SGD 3,000 – 5,000 (not publicly displayed).
