Manager, Digital Leaders Programme (DLP)

About the role

The Digital Leaders Programme (DLP) office sits within the Digital Transformation Cluster of the Enterprise Transformation & Innovation Group (ETIG) at IMDA. ETIG leads digital transformation and innovation ecosystems across Singapore's tech landscape, working with public and private sectors to accelerate technology adoption and support high-growth companies. The DLP works with enterprises across industries to help them become Digital Leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage local enterprises with ambition and potential to grow as Digital Leaders, understanding their strategies, ambitions and challenges to chart digital roadmaps aligned to their needs and mobilise support from IMDA.
• Develop and run interventions such as capability-building initiatives, tech discovery, advisory engagements and peer-learning platforms with partners to build tech competencies and market knowledge.
• Build a vibrant Digital Leaders business community and manage an ecosystem of partners including government agencies, industry associations, academies, tech companies and consultants.
• Administer and deliver digital initiatives, including managing programme targets, grants and budgets, and track transformation outcomes and business impact across the enterprise portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field such as Marketing, Information Technology, Business Technology or a similar discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in enterprise account management, digital transformation or the technology industry.
• Business acumen: able to understand business models, workflows and operational challenges and turn them into technology-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Proven analytical, methodical, process-oriented and proactive approach, able to work with ambiguity and give stakeholders clarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills for engaging multiple stakeholders.
