Manager - Digital Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

As a Manager in the Digital Supply Chain & Commercial Transformation practice, you will lead end‑to‑end supply chain transformation programmes for regional and multinational clients. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, digital, and analytics, guiding clients from diagnostic phases through to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver supply chain transformation initiatives, including diagnostics, maturity assessments and digital roadmaps.
• Support process redesign across planning, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery functions.
• Apply AI‑ and analytics‑driven approaches to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable impact.
• Contribute to commercial transformation, route‑to‑market strategy, pricing, product mix and channel optimisation.
• Lead project workstreams, prepare executive‑ready presentations and facilitate client workshops.
• Coach junior team members and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Participate in proposal development, knowledge sharing and practice‑building activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, supply chain or operations transformation, or commercial transformation.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies.
