Manager, Growth Marketing

About the role

Singtel is building an AI‑first telco and needs a Growth Marketing Manager to turn customer insights and business priorities into marketing ideas that drive awareness, acquisition and measurable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, optimisation and post‑campaign evaluation.
• Develop compelling communications across paid, owned and earned channels to drive customer awareness, consideration, acquisition and conversion.
• Identify new customer, channel, partnership and campaign opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Translate business priorities into marketing strategies with clear customer and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with performance‑marketing teams to convert brand strategies into effective digital acquisition activities.
• Use customer, market and campaign insights to optimise activities and improve overall effectiveness.
• Manage creative, media and agency partners, providing clear briefs and ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in growth marketing, integrated marketing, marketing communications or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end marketing campaign process and digital customer acquisition principles.
• Commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong project‑management capabilities.
