Manager, NBS Global Leaders

About the role

The Nanyang Business School (NBS) in Singapore is seeking a Manager for its flagship NBS Global Leaders (NGL) scholars programme. Reporting to the Assistant Director of NGL and working closely with the Marketing, Outreach & Admissions pillar, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from marketing strategy to student enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the admissions plan to attract top‑tier applicants.
• Drive outreach activities, including information sessions, webinars and experience days locally and internationally.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, leveraging social media and digital channels.
• Analyse market trends, candidate insights and competitor programmes to shape strategy.
• Oversee one staff member handling enrolment, curriculum planning and exchange logistics.
• Support the Assistant Director with student management and curriculum matters.

Required profile

• Degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in admissions, recruitment or programme marketing.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging campaigns.
• Analytical thinker capable of interpreting campaign data.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for outreach events.
