Executive – Public, International & Alumni Relations

About the role

The National Institute of Education (NIE) is seeking an Executive to join its Public, International and Alumni Relations (PIAR) department. This role will support institutional communications, stakeholder engagement, and branding initiatives across media, hospitality, and alumni channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in pitching story ideas and managing media relations with local and international outlets.
• Coordinate media releases, interview scheduling, and track coverage performance.
• Support official visits, guest experiences, and operations of the NIE Visitors Learning Centre.
• Help organise graduation ceremonies, including guest coordination, video production, and reception logistics.
• Work with the social media team to ensure accurate and engaging content across platforms.
• Coordinate print, digital, and motion production for institutional marketing campaigns.
• Assist in preparing corporate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support alumni engagement strategies and programme implementation.

Required profile

• Polytechnic diploma in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project‑coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
