About the role

Join HL Bank Singapore as a Manager in the Private Bank division, leading client advisory activities for high‑net‑worth individuals. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering tailored wealth solutions and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively acquire and manage high‑net‑worth client relationships, conducting regular reviews and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice across investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking services, collaborating with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and monitor tailored investment strategies, preparing performance reports and adjusting portfolios to meet client objectives.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC and internal risk policies, maintaining accurate client records.
• Lead and coach the Client Advisor, overseeing business development, compliance, and professional growth.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in private banking or wealth management with a focus on high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to guide a client‑advisor team toward business targets.
• In‑depth understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management in banking.
