Manager, Project Management

About the role

Jurong Port is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead the execution and delivery of capital and operational projects across its port facilities. The role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, delivery and safety standards, and driving innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of CAPEX/OPEX projects, monitor milestones, critical paths and deliverables, and conduct risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses and long‑term planning, including expansion and electrification strategies.
• Drive innovation by applying DfMA/DfS, modular and prefabricated solutions, and integrating renewable energy such as solar PV.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and ensure alignment with industry codes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, guide consultants, evaluate contractors, and oversee tender processes.
• Lead project closure activities, perform post‑project evaluations and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Facilities Management with a strong project management skillset; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in managing large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven decision‑making ability, proactive stakeholder management and strong people leadership.
• Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
