Manager – Risk & Compliance Solutions for Asset & Wealth Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead its Risk & Compliance Solutions practice within the Asset & Wealth Managed Services line. The role focuses on helping asset managers, wealth managers and related capital‑market intermediaries strengthen governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to fund managers, wealth managers, digital advisors and other intermediaries on governance, risk frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a team delivering outsourced internal audit, regulatory inspections, operational due diligence and non‑financial control reviews.
• Conduct AML/KYC reviews and support clients in technology risk, outsourcing and conduct risk assessments.
• Develop and implement monitoring programmes, compliance policies and risk‑management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk, compliance or internal audit within asset and wealth management or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as AML/CFT, fund operations, and technology risk.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior client stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for asset managers, wealth managers and capital‑market intermediaries.
• Experience with internal audit methodologies and outsourced compliance services.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC processes and risk‑assessment tools.
