Manager / Senior Manager (Career Longevity Centre)

About the role

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is recruiting a Manager or Senior Manager to set up the Career Longevity Centre (CLC) at its initial stage and eventually deploy to it when it launches in mid-2027. The CLC will be the first tripartite-led centre in Singapore focused on extending the career longevity of Singaporeans, helping mature and senior workers plan for their later careers and supporting employers in redesigning jobs and workplace practices. The role involves working with the Executive Director and Assistant Director of the CLC.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and operations: set up the CLC, including a Tripartite Advisory Panel; develop the mission, vision, strategic plan, KPIs and priority focus areas; identify individual and employer archetypes and their needs; implement data collection mechanisms and partner on research; track corporate KPIs and programme deliverables.
• Communications and marketing: develop strategic marketing plans for individuals and employers; promote career longevity as a national agenda and profile CLC resources; use data to curate targeted EDMs and nudges; build a profile bank of success stories and use cases.

• Prior experience in a similar area is an advantage.
