Manager / Senior Manager – Chief Allied Health Officer Office

About the role

The Chief Allied Health Officer’s Office (CAHOO) is leading Singapore’s transformation of allied health professional (AHP) care. The Manager/Senior Manager will support policy development, stakeholder coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives that advance AHP workforce capabilities and care standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop and refine policies and strategies that drive AHP care transformation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design implementation plans, support workgroups and committees on recognition, innovation, manpower sustainability, professional development and education.
• Monitor progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Tertiary education, preferably in health, social sciences, public policy or public administration.
• Experience in hospitals, community service providers or with allied health professionals is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to see projects through to completion.
• Effective written and oral communication, initiative‑driven and comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
