About the role
The Manufacturing Engineer will support daily production operations, ensuring output, quality, productivity and yield targets are met while maintaining a safe manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield goals.
- Conduct daily pass‑down meetings and promptly escalate any line issues.
- Oversee manpower, overtime and consumables planning.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Implement improvement activities to prevent human errors.
- Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance in the fab.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business.
- Prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts.
