Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes for fabricating parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies. You will collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to launch product improvements and new products while driving cost‑effective, high‑quality manufacturing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequences and processes for fabricating parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
• Coordinates with other engineering functions to release product improvements and new products, and manages engineering change requests.
• Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and recommends tooling and process requirements using DFx principles.
• Develops and executes test procedures, gathers operational data, and drives corrective and continuous‑improvement actions.
• Performs root‑cause analysis and Process Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis for new product development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., B.E., B.Sc., M.E.).
• Ability to work with global stakeholders and attend meetings across time zones.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
