Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining methods, operating sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub‑assemblies, and final assemblies. You will work closely with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products, using engineering principles to reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑work with manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to meet daily move, output, cycle‑time and line‑yield targets through lot dispatch priorities, tool setup allocation, tool PM scheduling and related activities.
• Participate in daily engineering meetings, highlighting line focus and priorities to support fab performance.
• Collaborate daily with production control and engineering teams on tool‑time requests.
• Drive continuous productivity improvement, 5S, safety and quality compliance across manufacturing teams.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.

• Strong conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem‑solving on the job.
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly explain complex information to others.
