Manufacturing Lead – Data Center (Contract, Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Lead to oversee data‑center production at our Singapore facility. The role involves coordinating a team of production associates to meet daily output, quality and efficiency targets while ensuring a safe and well‑organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production associates to achieve daily production, quality and efficiency targets.
• Monitor production quality, raise issues promptly and support corrective actions.
• Conduct daily briefings, prepare performance reports and perform hands‑on assembly of complex components.
• Train, coach and onboard new hires, evaluate probation periods and facilitate cross‑training.
• Manage attendance, workforce planning and equipment maintenance.
• Promote workplace safety, 5S standards and good housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively between the shop floor and management and support other production areas as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of team‑leader experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Minimum secondary school education, technical certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of production monitoring and ISO documentation requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving, reporting and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with manpower planning and production line balancing.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and perform manual handling tasks when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Monthly salary up to SGD 4,800 plus allowances of SGD 400–600.
• 12‑hour rotating shifts, four workdays per week (Monday‑Saturday), no work on Sundays.
