Manufacturing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations with our Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) partners in Singapore. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes, rapid issue resolution, and delivery of high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily manufacturing activities with CMO partners.
• Troubleshoot process issues together with engineers and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage deviations, investigations (OOS), and change‑control activities.
• Contribute to technology transfer initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, track progress, and escalate risks as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulated environments.
• Experience working with CMOs or external manufacturing partners.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Willingness to attend CMO sites out of hours approximately once per week.
