Manufacturing Technician – High‑Volume Manufacturing

About the role

The Manufacturing Technician supports day‑to‑day operations in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, stable and efficient production. Working in a cleanroom, you will execute production plans, monitor process performance and help maintain equipment readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, quality systems and cleanroom protocols; perform work‑area inspections.
• Execute daily production activities according to work instructions and SOPs, monitoring flow, cycle time and WIP.
• Prepare materials, tools and equipment for production; operate multiple machines to meet shift targets.
• Support basic equipment operations, changeovers and routine checks; monitor process parameters.
• Record and report abnormalities, deviations and observations for traceability.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a highly automated cleanroom environment.
• Good problem‑identification skills and willingness to escalate issues promptly.
• Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating with engineers and cross‑functional partners.
