Manufacturing Technician

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. The role supports the production of advanced semiconductor chips and displays that power AI and next‑generation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies using work orders, schematics and parts lists.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repairs under moderate supervision.
• Receive parts, audit inventory for availability and defects, and improve processes.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify assemblies.
• Complete job documentation, including data entry, labor details and, when required, computer programming or software installations.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum).
• 1–2 years of experience in semiconductor or display manufacturing, or comparable industry/military experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Associate degree or technical certifications are preferred but not required.
