Manufacturing Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our aerospace and defense production team in Singapore. The role involves operating and maintaining a variety of conventional and CNC machines to support precision‑engineered components. You will work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain conventional and CNC machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinding, shaping, hobbing and broaching.
• Set up, operate and maintain measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for accurate inspection checks.
• Perform simple troubleshooting of machines and report issues promptly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain shop‑paper records and work according to technical instructions.
• Keep work areas, benches and machinery tidy and clean after use.
• Notify the supervisor of any machine or tooling problems that could affect product quality or safety.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Required profile

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a precision engineering environment.
• Basic command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work rotating weekly shifts.
