Marine Engineer – Diesel Engine Maintenance

About the role

You will maintain and repair marine diesel engines, following operational SOPs and safety regulations. The role supports the team lead, communicates with customers to resolve technical issues, and contributes to a disciplined team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow operational SOPs and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental laws and regulations.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on diesel engines to ensure reliable operation.
• Assist the team lead in completing assigned jobs and meeting project deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work progress and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in on‑site customer meetings to address technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare and submit monthly work reports for performance evaluation when required.
• Support a positive and disciplined team environment to maintain harmony among crew members.
