Marine & HSE Manager (WSH) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marine & HSE Manager to lead safety, security and incident management across our fleet. Based in Singapore, you will act as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marine HSE and incident management, conduct investigations and produce corrective action reports.
• Perform vessel compliance checks, coordinate SIRE inspections, Class and Flag State surveys.
• Oversee ship inspections, dry‑docking, repairs and procurement of consumables.
• Manage crew recruitment, welfare, training and competency development.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team and support fleet‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant maritime, marine engineering, HSE or WSH qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of marine/fleet management or HSE experience.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.

Required skills

• EMPA Class 1 certification
• Work at Height (Manager) certification
