Market Development Director

About the role

The Market Development Director will lead the growth of our international student recruitment business in Singapore and overseas markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic marketing, business development and academic programme management to attract and retain students across all education levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, including online multimedia sales initiatives.
• Manage academic programmes from kindergarten to doctoral level, overseeing registration, timetabling, internships and financial administration.
• Coordinate student orientation, enrolment processes and engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, overseas education agencies and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new recruitment channels and business opportunities.
• Oversee social‑media strategy, press releases, website content and event communications.
• Lead project management for regional corporate communications and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market development, B2B/B2C marketing or student recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with experience working with overseas partners.

Required skills

• Experience with live‑video streaming analytics tools such as Douyin.
• Experience with TikTok analytics and content promotion.
