Marketing Analyst - Digital & Content

About the role

Plug and Play Tech Center, an innovation platform connecting startups with large corporations, is looking for a Marketing Analyst, Digital & Content to join its team in Singapore. You will work across all program verticals, supporting video content, interviews, press releases and editing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication and thought leadership with team members, edit content for articles and websites, record and edit major events, update the website with partners and members, and schedule interviews with partners and startups.
• Write and edit blogs, reports, lead magnets, case studies and interviews, and propose content optimisations for better organic performance.
• Create social media graphics, presentations, one-pagers and event collateral, and repurpose content for cross-platform engagement.
• Update web content for buyer personas, optimise on-site SEO, run growth experiments across email, web and social, and publish scheduled content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook.
• Monitor website performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Support APAC marketing requests, conduct market and competitor research, maintain marketing assets, and help plan marketing automation.
• Capture short-form photo and video at events and assist with regional event support.

Required profile

• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fresh or recent graduates preferred, or final-year students who can start as an intern and convert to full time.
• Based in Singapore; understanding of social media and digital marketing; creative, organised and able to handle several projects at once.
• A portfolio of design, marketing or creative projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Wix, HubSpot and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Basic photography, videography or video editing experience is an advantage.
