Marketing Assistant Manager – Restaurant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant Manager will support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing promotional activities for our restaurant portfolio. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, attracting customers to food offerings, catering services, and special events across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Promote the restaurant, menu items, catering services, and special events.
• Manage social‑media promotions and other online marketing initiatives.
• Support advertising campaigns and promotional offers.
• Coordinate with sales, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Prepare marketing materials such as menus, posters, and digital content.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to inform strategies.
• Help organise events and promotional activities.
• Track marketing expenses and evaluate campaign performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Contribute to achieving restaurant sales and marketing targets.
