Marketing Associate – Campaigns & Growth

About the role

Delta Institute, part of Crimson Education, is seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Associate to own and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads, consultation bookings and student enrolments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns across email, social, webinars, partnerships and paid acquisition.
• Manage social media channels, create copy, schedule posts and monitor performance.
• Support SEO strategy, on‑page optimisation and organic search growth.
• Develop email nurture journeys and lead‑generation programmes.
• Coordinate webinars, information sessions and other marketing‑led events.
• Craft product positioning, value propositions and go‑to‑market plans for new and existing programmes.
• Analyse campaign and funnel data, report on performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain marketing documentation, calendars and CRM/automation systems.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital, growth or campaign marketing.
• Proven track record of planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong copywriting ability and commercial mindset focused on leads and revenue.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, global and remote environment.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
