Marketing Content Specialist – Contract (Global Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to join a leading global technology company on a contract basis. The role focuses on creating and managing internal marketing communications, newsletters, and knowledge resources for a worldwide audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain engaging internal marketing content such as monthly newsletters, playbooks, best‑practice guides, presentations and other resource materials.
• Plan, write and distribute recurring internal newsletters, ensuring relevance to business priorities.
• Build and curate a centralized knowledge repository of marketing resources, success stories and campaign examples for global teams.
• Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather and communicate marketing insights, product updates and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand standards, marketing principles and meets the needs of diverse global audiences.
• Translate complex business and marketing information into clear, concise, actionable content.
• Identify and implement improvements to content quality, organization, accessibility and user engagement.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to enhance research, writing, editing and workflow efficiency while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, content strategy or internal communications.
• Proven track record of producing high‑quality written materials such as newsletters, articles, presentations and knowledge resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling abilities with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered content creation tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot).
