Marketing Coordinator – Fragrance & Beauty Events & Digital Content

About the role

CHANEL is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for its Fragrance & Beauty Division (FBP) marketing team in Singapore. The role focuses on the operational execution of client events and digital-marketing content, so that every client interaction reflects the elevated CHANEL experience. It also supports content updates on Chanel.com and the e-retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day executional coordinator for client events, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout each event.
• Partner with event talents and part-timers to welcome and attend to clients on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the timely replenishment of event gifts.
• Support the operational rollout of events, including F&B, liaison with tech vendors and internal IT stakeholders, and preparation of RSVP invites.
• Coordinate translations across the three Fragrance & Beauty axes.
• Support iShopChangi banner and content updates, and ensure assigned digital assets are kept accurate and up to date.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience or demonstrated interest in event coordination, client experience, marketing operations, retail or digital-content management.
• Proactive, adaptable and positive approach, with flexibility to support selected events outside standard working hours when required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
