Marketing Director

About the role

ThunderWear Asia is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Director to own and scale performance‑driven campaigns across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Australia. You will combine data‑first decision‑making with a creative eye to turn ad spend into measurable e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategy on Meta, TikTok, Google and other paid channels, handling audience targeting, budget allocation and bid optimisation.
• Build and maintain a regional marketing calendar, adapting campaigns to each market’s platform habits, price sensitivity and cultural nuances.
• Manage the Shopify e‑commerce site, overseeing UX/UI, app integrations and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Analyse CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and LTV, turning insights into actionable next steps rather than static dashboards.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to brief, test and optimise creative assets before launch.
• Leverage AI tools for ad‑copy generation, audience insights and rapid campaign optimisation.
• Own the marketing budget, report on spend efficiency and explore new funnel opportunities such as live selling, TikTok affiliates and influencer programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading performance‑marketing teams and campaigns at a senior level.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and iterate quickly.
• Strong understanding of regional market differences in Southeast Asia and Australia.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify e‑commerce operations.
• Creative sensibility that can translate performance data into compelling ad concepts.
