Marketing & Events Coordinator Intern

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised intern to support YY CIRCLE’s marketing, events and business development activities. The role offers hands‑on experience in social media management, event coordination and collaboration with technology and hospitality partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to social media enquiries, comments and customer feedback across platforms.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions and corporate events.
• Liaise with vendors, venue operators and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in creating marketing content, presentations and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business or partnership opportunities.
• Maintain marketing databases and prepare basic reports.
• Provide administrative support and help with ad‑hoc projects assigned by the management team.

Required profile

• Diploma or undergraduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
