Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive brand awareness, student enquiries and enrolments for Aurora Art Beauty & Wellness Academy. The role blends digital marketing, content creation and lead generation to support business growth across Singapore and regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and schedule short‑form videos, reels, stories and promotional copy.
• Manage social media engagement, monitor performance metrics and respond to enquiries.
• Develop lead‑generation initiatives, track sources and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads.
• Coordinate marketing activities for course launches, open houses, seminars and events.
• Conduct market research on beauty, wellness and education trends, and identify new customer segments.
• Support international recruitment campaigns targeting Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China and other markets.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.

Required profile

• Strong interest in beauty, wellness, education and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

What we offer

• Contract position with a monthly salary range of SGD 4,000‑5,500.
