Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive our digital presence across website, e‑commerce, social media and influencer channels. The role focuses on campaign execution, content creation, and enhancing customer engagement for our aesthetic brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website and online store, optimizing content for user experience and conversions.
• Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, KOLs and content creators, overseeing outreach, negotiation and performance tracking.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research, preparing regular reports on campaign performance, traffic and sales.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, track sentiment and escalate sensitive issues as needed.
• Assist the marketing manager in planning and executing campaigns, developing content ideas, and coordinating with designers and videographers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in beauty, aesthetic or lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, creative mindset and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
