Marketing Manager, CASAJ, Urology and Critical Care

About the role

BD, one of the largest global medical technology companies, is hiring a Marketing Manager for its CASAJ, Urology and Critical Care business unit in Singapore. The role manages the regional marketing of Acute Care Targeted Temperature Management and endourology products, driving growth within budget and supporting product management.

Key responsibilities

• Create metrics to analyse and drive growth across segments and product lines, and manage regional marketing activities and budget.
• Drive regional and global HCP education programmes, KOL roadshows, speaker sessions and clinical conventions, and run market research, market sensing, pricing and marketing communications.
• Build business cases for new regional opportunities and engage global and country teams.
• Provide segment expertise to product management to improve sales, and lead the demand review process for assigned product lines.
• Manage demand by recommending sales forecasts and addressing production inventory issues, and guide countries through product launches.
• Mentor business and sales leaders in smaller markets and marketing teams in larger markets.
• Work with global, regional and country counterparts to execute a regional strategy that meets financial and budget targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience, preferably with regional exposure.
• At least 5+ years of medical devices sales and marketing experience.
• Cross-functional team experience and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with market or business development is helpful.
• Approximately 50% travel.
