Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our brand and services. You will shape marketing strategies, manage budgets and staff, and drive business growth through effective campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyse market trends, prepare forecasts and generate new business leads.
• Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns, including content creation, PPC, events, social media and lead generation.
• Produce engaging website and blog content that attracts and converts target audiences.
• Build strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors and industry players.
• Prepare, monitor and allocate the quarterly and annual marketing budget.
• Oversee the creation and approval of all marketing collateral.
• Measure campaign performance, report insights and adjust tactics to meet goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics.
• Creative thinking, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
