Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that support our business objectives and meet project KPIs. You will collaborate closely with the content team and internal stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business goals and project KPIs.
• Work with the content team to design and execute newsletters, social media posts, website content, surveys, posters, brochures and other marketing assets.
• Collect and analyse data to generate insights that optimise the marketing plan.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure end‑to‑end fulfilment of marketing communications.
• Develop and manage a marketing budget, ensuring execution within allocated limits.
• Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and success rates.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, as the primary communication touchpoint.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in event marketing.
• Proven track record of running successful campaigns and promotions for events.
• Creative, driven and results‑oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
