Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth for a construction and infrastructure firm. This role combines market analysis, brand development and lead generation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in the construction industry.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors and industry trends.
• Manage brand identity across digital, print and event platforms, creating brochures, presentations and case studies.
• Generate qualified leads through campaigns, networking and industry events, supporting tender submissions and proposals.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO and email marketing, tracking performance and reporting analytics.
• Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions and trade shows, and manage customer feedback to ensure high service satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project, engineering and finance teams to align marketing initiatives and support recruitment branding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and B2B marketing dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
• SEO and email marketing expertise.
