Marketing Manager

About the role

BullionStar is Singapore’s leading precious‑metals dealer looking for a Marketing Manager to own and execute the full marketing plan across digital, social, email, PR, the website and the physical bullion centre. You will shape strategy with the Deputy CEO and translate opportunities into campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy – audience definition, messaging, channel mix, calendar and rationale.
• Design and run product launches, limited‑time offers, seasonal pushes and competitions across digital, social, email and in‑store.
• Lead social‑media and community efforts on X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and relevant forums.
• Own the end‑to‑end email programme – segmentation, copy, scheduling and performance analysis.
• Provide creative direction for photography, video, graphics and copy, ensuring high‑quality assets.
• Proactively manage media relations, pitch stories and secure coverage.
• Analyse campaign and order data to measure impact and inform future plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience directing full‑cycle campaigns across multiple channels and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent written and spoken English – persuasive copy without sounding like an ad.
• Solid e‑commerce background, understanding the complete buyer journey from first impression to repeat purchase.
• Deep knowledge of social and email as craft channels, not just distribution tools.
• Strong curiosity about precious‑metal products and the broader market landscape.
• Commercial instinct – ability to assess cost, return and scalability of marketing initiatives.
