Marketing & New Business Executive

About the role

BBH is looking for a hands‑on Marketing & New Business Executive to shape the agency’s own brand presence. This early‑career role sits at the intersection of marketing, new business and communications, reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with creative, strategy and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow BBH’s social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit), spotting content opportunities and creating engaging posts.
• Maintain and update the company website, applying basic SEO principles to ensure discoverability.
• Develop an instinct for earned media, identifying what resonates and why.
• Support the launch and publicity of new BBH products, offerings and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the PR agency on press releases, media moments and announcements, tracking delivery end‑to‑end.
• Project‑manage timelines, deliverables and quality control across campaigns and publicity.
• Organise and maintain a library of credentials and case studies, ensuring the best work is captured and ready to showcase.

Required profile

• Real curiosity about advertising, brands and consumer psychology.
• Native fluency in social media, understanding how TikTok, Instagram and Reddit operate beyond basic posting.
• Ambitious and able to progress without a perfect brief, thriving in ambiguity.
• Detail‑oriented, especially in tracking and following through on tasks.
• Strong coordination and project‑management instincts.
• Self‑starter who spots opportunities and acts on them.
• Awareness of brands, culture and conversations shaping the APAC market.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of SEO to keep the website discoverable.
