Marketing Projects Associate – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Projects Associate to join our Marketing Projects team in Singapore. The role will support the planning, execution and optimisation of cross‑functional marketing campaigns and business proposals aimed at driving user adoption and enhancing customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive go‑to‑market initiatives for new product and service launches, including in‑app marketing campaigns and co‑branded promotions.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product and Creative teams to scope, plan and deliver key projects.
• Provide rapid marketing support and insights for ad‑hoc initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the creation of marketing assets and manage end‑to‑end deployment across multiple channels.
• Maintain and monitor marketing budgets in partnership with Finance.
• Develop and track KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support data‑driven decisions.
• Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour to identify growth opportunities and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and stay updated on e‑commerce and financial services trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, e‑commerce or digital banking.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Result‑oriented with a bias for hands‑on execution.

Required skills

• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and digital user‑engagement tactics.
• Experience in data analysis, performance tracking and campaign reporting.
• Ability to conduct competitive benchmarking and stay current with industry trends.
