Marketing & Property Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Property Executive will support both marketing initiatives and property‑related activities for a dynamic real‑estate investment firm. This hybrid role ensures smooth coordination between sales, marketing, internal teams and external partners while providing essential administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all marketing and property‑related matters, including preparation of promotional materials and property information.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, agents, vendors and other external parties.
• Organise events, promotions and property viewings.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to management.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and duties as required by senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, marketing or administration.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English with good interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and act proactively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
