Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead brand and social initiatives across multiple verticals such as Mobility, Deliveries and Omnicommerce. The role will design, execute and optimise campaigns that boost brand visibility, drive audience engagement and align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch brand campaigns from concept to rollout, working closely with Creative and Marketing teams.
• Translate business objectives into clear campaign briefs that support the overall brand narrative.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to keep campaign workstreams on schedule.
• Manage influencer and publisher collaborations through agency partners.
• Use social listening and analytics tools to inform content decisions and share insights with the wider team.
• Monitor brand and social performance against campaign targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in brand marketing, social media or similar roles; internships or agency experience are valued.
• Strong writing ability with attention to tone, style and creative nuance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines efficiently.
• Data‑driven mindset with interest in using analytics or listening tools to shape strategy.
• Motivated by brand building and eager to understand the strategic purpose behind campaigns.
• Initiative, resilience and a growth‑focused attitude.
