Marketing Specialist - Surgical Medical Devices

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for a Marketing Specialist in Singapore. The role leads strategic planning and execution to drive business growth across the AST portfolio, which includes Stapling, Vessel Sealing, GYN Health and Hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion and therapy adoption objectives.
• Manage projects individually or in a team, including scheduling, cost estimation and project completion.
• Identify unmet customer needs and new business opportunities and guide products from idea to market.
• Coordinate marketing activities with geographic areas to build partnerships.
• Support trade show coordination, website development, e-commerce strategy and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and recommend future promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in medical devices.
• Experience in the surgical medical device industry is highly desirable.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and able to work in a complex matrix environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects within established timelines.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating market insights into commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals and external partners.
