Marketing Strategy Manager – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

Fever is seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager to lead its APAC marketing efforts, focusing on Chinese consumers. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy for high‑impact experiences, including global IP partnerships such as F1 and Harry Potter, and manage the full marketing budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable marketing strategies for exclusive APAC experiences and partner events.
• Lead multi‑channel digital campaigns across WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Baidu and other core platforms, ensuring strong ROI.
• Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN relationships to drive cost‑efficient acquisition.
• Own paid performance marketing setup and optimization on Tencent Ads and ByteDance Ocean Engine.
• Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content and Product teams for unified execution and localization.
• Oversee regional P&L, budget allocation and forecasting to support revenue growth.

Required profile

• 8+ years of digital and growth marketing experience with deep knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem.
• Proven track record designing large‑scale marketing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics, forecasting and P&L‑driven decision making.
• Native or bilingual English and professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing or consumer tech targeting Chinese audiences is strongly preferred.
