MBA Equity Investment Analyst Summer Associate (Asia)

About the role

Capital Group is seeking bright, highly motivated and self-directed MBA candidates for Equity Investment Analyst internship opportunities in Singapore. As a summer associate, you will research companies in an industry with the objective of presenting an original investment recommendation to an audience of portfolio managers and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze economic, financial and industry trends
• Travel to companies to interview senior management
• Be guided by an investment analyst while working largely independently
• Learn more about investment management and gain access to respected investment professionals
• Gain hands-on experience similar to that of a full-time analyst

Required profile

• MBA degree candidate graduating in December 2027 or May/June 2028 from an accredited university or business school
• Demonstrated academic achievement
• Ability to direct independent work in a cooperative environment
• Understanding of financial statements and curiosity about how companies operate
• Appetite for research, writing and business travel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Students at schools with an on-campus recruiting presence must apply by their school-specific deadline; others by December 1
