M&E Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified M&E Engineer to support construction projects across Singapore. You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure mechanical and electrical works are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling of M&E works in line with project timelines.
• Control progress of submissions (RFA, RFI, technical submissions, equipment material status) for timely completion.
• Review construction drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
• Monitor site progress and installation quality against approved shop drawings and material schedules.
• Participate in project, design and site meetings, and record technical decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date site inspection and testing & commissioning records.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognised by the Singapore PE Board.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s building and construction sector.
• Experience on HDB or high‑rise projects is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with hands‑on experience.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with site teams.
